for the workplace Why? Yoga in the West usually refers to Hatha yoga. The student of hatha yoga gains mastery over their body through practicing the postures(asanas) and through breath control (pranayama). Once the body is under control the student can turn their attention to gaining control over the mind by meditation if so wished. Yoga is a practice from which you can take as little or as much as you like - simply used for increased fitness, wellbeing and greater relaxation or as a path to body and spirit connection. As a relaxation tool it is of great benefit to your staff to overcome the increasing stresses of modern day living.
